As you make your way inside, you’ll be greeted by a spacious layout designed to accommodate families and groups of friends alike. With two queen beds, two single beds, and two bunk beds, there’s ample room for everyone to relax and unwind.
Accessibility is a top priority at Neat Acres, and our accommodation reflects this commitment with guests of all abilities being able to move effortlessly throughout the space. Venture outside onto the wrap-around porch and savour breathtaking views while enjoying al fresco dining or simply basking in the sunshine.
ACCOMODATION
The property features five generously sized bedrooms. Bedroom One includes a king bed, while Bedroom Two offers a king bed that can also be split into two king singles. Bedrooms Three and Four each have queen beds, and Bedroom Five features a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a king single on top. Every room has been thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light, space, and comfort all with stunning views.
If your guest list exceeds 11, there’s no need to worry! Neat Acres also offers riverside caravan spots with power and water connections. RV Land is perfectly equipped to accommodate caravans, RVs, and campers.

The house features four beautifully appointed bathrooms, including a private ensuite in the Master Bedroom. Each bathroom is fully accessible.

The Place was amazing. Everything you need is there, the finishings in the house were fantastic. Communication with David was awesome. As soon as you arrive you relax. An awesome option for Golf Groups, Family reunions, wedding groups, Fishing Groups or just Family Holidays would be Ideal. Plenty of options for kids to create their own adventures around the property.
What a perfect, peaceful & relaxing getaway! Just a short trip to town but with everything you need at the house so no need to even leave! The hosts are amazing and the beds are sooooooo comfortable! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Guaranteed to see dolphins swim past whilst having a morning spa on the waters edge. I can’t wait to come back. Can’t fault this place at all!!
Neat Acres was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway with our large group of friends. Catering really well for both the adults and kids; from the supersized homestead with all the luxury comforts of a five star hotel, to the never ending river views and absolute privacy; Neat Acres provided everything we needed for a fun-filled yet relaxing escape. It’s close proximity to Forster’s shops, cafés and beaches also made life really easy and gave us so many options during our stay. It’s hard to find large group accommodation that is stylish and luxurious yet is also functional and suitable for kids. Neat Acres is all this and so much more. It will not disappoint!
The Farm is such an incredible property. A secluded oasis built right next to the river front. From the moment you drive through the secure gates, you step into luxury. The property makes you feel a million miles from anywhere as you are surrounded by greenery and water.The property is a true entertainers dream with multiple living spaces where numerous people and families can share with ease.
This property is hands down amazing and a must to experience.
The first time my family went to Neat Acres farm we didn’t know what to expect as we hadn’t ever done a farm stay, but we fell in love the minute we drove down the long, beautiful serene driveway. The views on both sides of the house are spectacular and I counted at least 10 different comfortable locations to read my book whilst still looking out on the river, the trees, the cows and the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for your family or for a party. The beautiful decor compliments the scenery to enhance tranquility and it is more beautiful than a 5 star resort. The linen is so soft and cozy, the beds are like clouds and the entire house is pristine. The manicured lawn is fantastic for kids and we loved playing family games such as Finski, Crochet and Spikeball. When it was time for adults to relax the kids tired themselves out on the trampoline, the swing set or going in the spa. The river gave us hours of entertainment with water skiing and swimming. The outdoor shower was another brilliant addition helping the kids get warm quickly after being in the water for hours. Neat Acres is the best accomodation we have ever stayed at! We will be back as often as we can! It is beautiful, clean, welcoming, well equipped and the most relaxing place to stay for 2 nights or 2 weeks.
As the mother of two young and very active little boys, Neat Acres ticked every box.
The space to run, the play equipment, the trampoline, the spa, the water and the sheer size of the house meant that the boys were kept busy the whole time!
The house is so perfectly designed so that I could watch the boys wherever they were but could still enjoy a wine or a coffee from the balcony, appreciate the view, and actually relax.

Designing a place like Neat Acres on Wallis Lake is a rare opportunity. This home is simply our response to the coastal estuary setting and a chance to allow visitors to engage intimately with the unique natural environment.
The most uttered phrase from the weekend was, “Why can’t we just live here instead of our house” from our kids. The place was so immaculately created, every moment of the time there was a joy. Highlights for our kids (both 6) were fanging around on their bikes, the play equipment, an (in ground!) trampoline and them having a go at some fishing for the first time. What more could you want?!
Our family experienced an unforgettable stay at Neat Acres during Christmas and New Year’s – WOW is an understatement! From the moment you enter the long driveway, a sense of relaxation sets in.
